These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Hoot Windows website and lead-matching service (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Hoot Windows is a lead-generation and matching service. We connect homeowners with third-party window installation companies ("Partner Installers"). We do not manufacture, sell, install, warrant, or guarantee any windows or installation services. All contracts for products and services are directly between you and the Partner Installer you choose.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident to use the Service.

3. Your submissions

You agree that all information you submit through the quote form is accurate, that you own or are authorized to make decisions about the property in question, and that you consent to be contacted by Hoot and Partner Installers as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. No warranty; limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." Hoot does not warrant the quality, pricing, timeliness, or workmanship of any Partner Installer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hoot's aggregate liability arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

5. Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the Service to submit false information, to scrape or resell data, or for any unlawful purpose.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
